Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few experiences that can linger as a result of traumatic events. EMDR, Hypnosis, and complimentary Cognitive approaches can help reduce or overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.
Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
My approach is to follow your lead and if we incorporate your faith and spiritual practices, only to the degree you find useful. Finding the right therapist to honor and at times perhaps challenge your faith can be revivifying as well as enlightening.
We are in this journey together and I have been honored to have clients share their faith strengths, challenges, fears, and questions.
